Job summary

Jellyfish Australia is seeking a hands-on Analytics Specialist to own measurement across enterprise accounts, translating client needs into scalable tagging and data strategies. You will build and QA implementations, and act as the trusted escalation point for client questions.

You will design GTM/GA4 setups, run SQL queries in BigQuery, and craft Looker Studio dashboards to inform marketing decisions. Remote work up to 60% is supported.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience with GA4 and GTM (property architecture, server‑side setups, and CAPI integrations).
• Fluent JavaScript/HTML for custom data layer implementation, APIs, and web/app tracking.
• Proficient in SQL for data models, dashboards, and media aggregation pipelines; experience with BigQuery or equivalent.
• Knowledge of cross-channel measurement frameworks (incrementality, geo-testing, MMM) and privacy regulations.
• Ability to communicate with clients and lead workshops or training sessions.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, QA, and maintain client-side and server-side GTM setups (GA4, web, app).
• Implement server-side CAPI integrations (Meta, TikTok) and consent frameworks (CMP, Consent Mode).
• Query raw event data in BigQuery to validate tracking and assemble reporting datasets.
• Design Looker Studio dashboards translating metrics into actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary technical contact, translating marketing asks into practical solutions with trade-off awareness.
• Advise clients on measurement approaches (attribution, incrementality, MMM) and ensure data feeds frameworks.
• Leverage AI tools to draft and debug code (SQL, GTM) while supporting measurement strategies.
• Create implementation guides and conduct client training.
