Job summary

Jellyfish is a global digital marketing agency blending tech, creative, and data experts to drive client growth. The Analytics team, within Martech, builds data pipelines and reporting for enterprise clients while pursuing advanced privacy-centric technologies.

You will contribute to data collection strategies, tagging implementations, and reliable reporting, with a potential path to Analytics Manager as you grow with the team.

Responsibilities

• Translate client goals into tracking plans and implement tagging solutions using GTM.

Job Description

Reporting to our Analytics Director, you will create impact in our Analytics team, within the Martech department. We take pride in our close partnership with Google and our work with some of the world’s largest advertisers, setting us apart in the industry.

You’ll contribute to deploying data collection strategies, implementing custom tagging, and building clean, reliable reporting for enterprise clients. Responsibilities

• Translate client goals into tracking plans and implement tagging solutions using Google Tag Manager (GTM).
• Audit and validate website data collection to ensure high accuracy, reliability, and cleanliness.
• Utilize collected data and market insights to support client reporting and performance analysis.
• Sit in on quarterly business reviews (QBR) alongside senior team members to learn how client strategy works and help spot new ways our team can assist them.
• Support the renewal of Google Analytics licences and long-term retention of the clients you work with.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on internal initiatives, frameworks, and cross-capability projects.
• Identify areas for professional growth or new skills to acquire, actively pursue technical certifications, and gain exposure to new business pitches.

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Data Studio or BigQuery.
• Understanding of different marketing channels, and how their data can be measured in the context of business objectives.
• Ability to describe different analysis methods and explain whether or why one may be more suitable than another.
• The ability to read code, such as JSON, SQL, Python, HTML, or JavaScript, will be highly advantageous.
• You love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.
• You generate unique ideas and experiment with new methods and technologies to solve complex issues.
• When faced with a problem, you collaborate with the appropriate people to evaluate different options find practical solutions.
