Alignerr is seeking a General Postdoctoral Researcher (Masters/PhDs) to advance AI training under a flexible, fully remote hourly contract. You will tackle challenging, real-world problems and work with leading AI labs to push AI reasoning to new levels.

Qualifications include a Master’s or PhD in a STEM field, a strong research track record, and excellent communication. Independence and curiosity are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in STEM from a top university.
• Experienced researcher with publications, complex projects, or equivalent demonstrated expertise.
• Exceptionally clear written and verbal communicator with sharp attention to detail.
• Self-directed and consistent when working independently without close supervision.
• Intellectually curious and comfortable working across a range of complex, abstract problems.

Responsibilities

• Design, solve, and critically evaluate complex, multi-disciplinary problems with real-world relevance to AI training.
• Apply domain expertise to craft rigorous problem statements that challenge and advance AI reasoning capabilities.
• Review and assess AI-generated outputs for academic accuracy, logical soundness, and depth.
• Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to improve model performance.
• Uphold high standards of clarity, rigor, and intellectual integrity across all deliverables.
