Job summary

Alignerr is seeking an experienced Clinical Study Manager to guide AI training efforts in healthcare research. You will oversee trial timelines, budgets, and partner coordination to ensure high-quality, real-world operational input for AI systems.

This fully remote contract role offers flexible hours (10–40 hours per week) and the opportunity to influence how AI interprets clinical data while working with CROs, sites, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in clinical trial project management with timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships.
• Ability to coordinate CROs, sites, and internal teams.
• Strong communication and proactive problem-solving in remote settings.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical trial timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects stay on track and on budget
• Manage study budgets, forecasting, and financial tracking across multiple vendors and research partners
• Coordinate with CROs, clinical sites, and internal teams to drive smooth, high-quality study execution
• Identify operational risks early, resolve issues decisively, and keep all stakeholders aligned throughout the trial lifecycle
• Apply clinical operations expertise to evaluate and improve AI-generated content related to clinical research workflows
