Alignerr is seeking a General Postdoctoral Researcher (Masters/PhDs) to work on AI training. This remote, hourly contract role lets you set your hours while applying advanced research to real-world AI problems.

You will design, solve high-stakes problems to test AI reasoning, review outputs for rigor, and collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers. Strong writing and independent work are essential for success.

Formación

• Holds a Master's or PhD in a STEM or highly technical field

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and solve advanced multi-disciplinary problems with real-world relevance to AI reasoning
• Apply research expertise to construct complex problem statements exposing gaps in AI model performance
• Review and evaluate AI outputs for rigor, logic, and domain accuracy
• Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers to refine model capabilities
• Ensure clarity, depth, and intellectual integrity across deliverables
