Alignerr invites researchers with a Masters or PhD to join a remote, flexible AI training contract. You will design and evaluate advanced AI reasoning tasks, contribute to multi-disciplinary problem solving, and deliver research-grade outputs on your own schedule.

Ideal candidates have strong research track records, are comfortable working asynchronously, and reside in Australia, New Zealand, the UK, Canada, or the US. Hours are 10–40 per week, with ongoing project opportunities.

Qualifications

• Master's or PhD in STEM or highly technical field from a top-tier university.
• Proven track record in research, publications, or complex technical projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Design and solve multi-disciplinary AI problems with real-world relevance across STEM fields.
• Apply research to construct complex problem statements that challenge AI reasoning.
• Evaluate AI outputs for academic rigor and technical accuracy.
• Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers to improve model performance.
• Ensure clarity, depth, and intellectual integrity across deliverables.
• Work independently on task-based assignments with flexible scheduling.
