Job summary

Alignerr is seeking a General Postdoctoral Researcher (AI Training) to apply advanced research in training frontier AI models. This fully remote hourly contract requires 10–40 hours/week and a Master’s or PhD in a STEM field.

You will design and solve multidisciplinary problems, review results, and collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers to improve model reasoning capabilities while maintaining academic rigor.

Qualifications

• Holds a Master's or PhD in a STEM or highly technical field from a top-tier university.
• Has a strong track record of research, publications, or complex technical project management.
• Exceptional written and verbal communicator with meticulous attention to detail.
• Fluent in English and currently based in the U.S., Canada, New Zealand, U.K., or Australia.
• Comfortable working independently and asynchronously in a remote environment.
