Alignerr Corp. seeks a General Postdoctoral Researcher (AI Training) to tackle high-impact, multi-disciplinary problems and push AI reasoning to new frontiers.

This fully remote, hourly contract role offers autonomy to design experiments, analyze results, and report findings with scholarly rigor. You will collaborate with AI researchers and domain experts, publish outcomes, and contribute across disciplines while maintaining strict quality and clarity in all deliverables; 10–40 hours per week on

This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for researchers who want high-impact, intellectually demanding work — on their own schedule.

Who You Are

• Hold a Master's or PhD in a STEM or highly technical field from a leading university
• Have a strong track record of research, publications, or complex project leadership
• Write and communicate with exceptional clarity, precision, and attention to detail
• Fluent in English - you can explain advanced concepts in ways that are both technically accurate and accessible
• Self-directed and reliable when working independently in an asynchronous environment

Nice to Have

• Prior experience with data annotation, data quality evaluation, or AI evaluation systems
• Proficiency in Python, R, or other research-oriented programming languages
• Familiarity with AI/ML concepts or experience working alongside AI research teams
• Broad cross-disciplinary knowledge spanning multiple STEM fields
