Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Producer 3 for its Engineering Systems team. This 18-month contract is remote, with work hours aligned to PST. The role emphasizes Agile execution, cross-team collaboration, and driving predictable delivery.

Responsibilities include facilitating sprint ceremonies, owning delivery schedules, managing risks, building dashboards, and coordinating cross-team releases to ensure timely milestones.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 4+ years in engineering or related field.
• Experience with ADO, Jira or Confluence for tasking and sprint planning.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum and milestone delivery.
• Ability to bridge creative and technical stakeholders.
• Adaptable in evolving environments.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint ceremonies and support day-to-day team operations to ensure builds, tests, and engineering systems run smoothly for developers.
• Own the feature delivery schedule and manage work item assignments to keep execution aligned to sprint and milestone plans.
• Identify, escape, and track risks, dependencies, and blockers; maintain clear documentation in ADO to support transparency and follow-through.
• Create and maintain sprint/milestone dashboards, calendars, trackers, and transition checklists to improve planning and execution visibility.
• Coordinate release and cross-team workflows by representing workstreams in release forums, reviewing release queries, and confirming next actions.
