The role requires a strong admin and accounts background and advanced SAP experience, with the ability to work independently in a remote setting while supporting a national operation.

Applicants must be based within commuting distance of St Marys and able to attend the office when required.

Qualifications

• Strong administration and accounts experience.
• Advanced SAP experience is essential.
• Ability to work autonomously in a remote setting.
• Willingness to attend the St Marys Branch when required.
• Full-time availability, Monday to Friday, 7:30am - 3:30pm.
• Immediate start preferred.

Responsibilities

• Managing and prioritising a shared email inbox.
• Reviewing and checking customer invoices for accuracy.
• Setting up and maintaining projects within NetSuite.
• Assisting with accounts and administration functions.
• Processing supplier invoices and company credit card payments.
• Coordinating employee travel and accommodation across Australia.
• Maintaining accurate records across business systems.
• Providing administrative support to Management and Operations teams.
