Integratedliving Australia Ltd is seeking an Accounts Payable Manager for an 8-month parental leave contract. You will lead a high-performing team, oversee end-to-end AP processes, and drive improvements while maintaining strong controls and stakeholder service.

Qualifications

• Experience leading sizeable operational/transactional teams.
• Proven success managing high-volume Accounts Payable in a complex organisation.
• Experience supporting geographically dispersed teams and stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of supplier management and AP operations across large supplier networks.
• Ability to navigate complex systems while maintaining accuracy and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop and support a team of Accounts Payable professionals to deliver high-quality outcomes.
• Oversee end-to-end Accounts Payable function, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely payment of suppliers.
• Foster a customer-focused culture for internal and external stakeholders.
• Monitor team performance, workload, and service delivery standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and supplier experience.
• Partner with leaders across the organisation to resolve issues and support business outcomes.
• Manage high transaction volumes and complex supplier relationships.
• Support organisational growth by ensuring scalable AP processes.
