Job summary

Monarch Institute is seeking an Accounting Trainer & Assessor to join our online training team. You will support students through their FNS accounting qualifications, assessing work and providing constructive feedback, while offering additional support as needed.

Ideal candidates will have strong accounting knowledge, relevant industry experience and experience teaching in an online environment. This is a remote, full-time role based with our Australian operations.

Qualifications

• Strong accounting knowledge across relevant qualifications.
• Industry experience in accounting or taxation is advantageous.
• Excellent written communication and constructive feedback abilities.
• Good time management and organisational skills.
• Comfortable working independently within an online team.

Responsibilities

• Assess student work and provide clear, constructive feedback.
• Support students via phone, email or video to work through questions.
• Contribute to course validation, moderation and continuous improvement.
• Balance assessment turnaround times with high-quality student support.
