DEFACTO is a video-first social media agency partnering with brands across Australia. We are looking for an Account Manager to turn ideas into engaging content, manage client accounts, and ensure high-quality social support across campaigns.

You’ll create captions, edit content, coordinate shoots, work with UGC creators and nurture online communities in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment. The role requires agency experience and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of agency experience.
• Strong understanding of social platforms and trends.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; ability to translate brand guidelines into on-brand content.

Responsabilités

• Create high-impact content: edit static graphics and video content aligned to client brand and strategy.
• Write engaging captions reflecting each client’s tone and encouraging audience engagement.
• Collaborate with Head of Social to brainstorm and execute creative content ideas for client audiences.
• Coordinate client shoots: plan and organise shoots, manage logistics and ensure readiness.
• Attend client shoots to capture engaging content for social media.
• Source and coordinate UGC creators to support client campaigns.
• Manage online communities: respond to comments/messages and foster audience conversations.
