Oceanic Consulting Group is seeking experienced Case Assessment Officers for a secondment to a high-profile Workers Compensation Remediation Program. You will review historical claims, assess decisions, and support compliant remediation outcomes within a fast-paced service delivery environment.

You will work with client stakeholders, interpret legislation, and draft clear assessment outcomes while maintaining thorough records in the case management system. Hybrid working is available.

Formación

• Experience in workers compensation, personal injury, insurance claims or case assessment.
• Ability to interpret complex documentation and apply legislation accurately.
• Proven ability to meet targets and deadlines in a high-volume environment.

Responsabilidades

• Review and assess workers compensation claim files and related documentation
• Evaluate historical claim decisions and processes against legislative, policy and regulatory requirements
• Identify potential claimant detriment and remediation requirements
• Draft clear, concise assessment outcomes, reports and file notes
• Maintain accurate records in the program’s case management system
• Work with Quality Assurance and Operations teams to progress cases
• Escalate complex or high-risk matters to senior stakeholders
• Contribute to continuous improvement and quality across the program
