Mary MacKillop Catholic College in Highfields (Toowoomba region) is seeking a passionate Curriculum Leader – Religious Education to join our Catholic education community. This leadership role supports the Principal in coordinating RE across years 7–12 within a dynamic, faith-filled environment.

The appointment is full-time, fixed-term with an underlying permanent teacher position, commencing 18 January 2027 and ending 20 January 2030.

Qualifikationen

• Dedicated, enthusiastic and relational educator with demonstrable pedagogical expertise.
• Passionate about co-creating a nurturing school environment informed by the Catholic faith.
• Ability to teach Study of Religion or Religion and Ethics is desirable.
• Hold or be eligible to hold registration as a teacher in Queensland.

Aufgaben

• providing leadership and coordination of Religious Education across years 7-12
• emphasising the centrality of teaching and learning in the life and work of the College
• participation in the College Mission and Identity group, supporting in creating an authentic, mission-oriented Catholic environment through exceptional formation experiences.
• providing leadership in any other areas delegated by the Principal
