Job summary

MSS Security Pty Ltd is seeking a vigilant security professional to provide a visible presence in healthcare settings. You will deliver exceptional customer service, safeguard staff and visitors, and work with a cooperative team.

Responsibilities include monitoring CCTV, responding to incidents, patient minding, and acting as a liaison between customers and healthcare staff; a strong safety mindset and excellent communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Certificate II in Security Operations and current Working with Children’s Clearance.
• Current SA Security Licence and Driver's licence.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be fully COVID vaccinated.
• Full, unlimited right-to-work in Australia.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for patient minding duties.
• Monitor CCTV footage and radio communication systems.
• Respond to aggression and emergency incidents, including restraints.
• Act as a customer service ambassador for both customers and healthcare staff.
• Ensure the personal safety of staff, visitors, and property.

About the role

The position is primarily responsible for providing a security presence whilst remaining alert and focused. You will be part of an enthusiastic, committed and customer focused team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all our customers, and you will build strong relationships with your internal stakeholders.

In this role you will:

• Be responsible for patient minding duties

• Respond to aggression and emergency incidents, including restraints
• Act as a customer service ambassador for both our customers and healthcare staff
• Ensure the personal safety of staff, visitors, and property

Skills & Experience
