Job summary

G’day Group, through Discovery Parks, seeks a Relief Manager to cover gaps and keep operations running smoothly across multiple park locations. This flexible role involves stepping in to lead when permanent managers are away and to hand back a fully functioning park at the end of each assignment.

You’ll thrive with hands-on leadership, strong communication, and enjoy travel across Australia while supporting Australia’s largest park network.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in hospitality, parks or accommodation management.
• Flexibility to travel Australia-wide and adapt to new sites.
• Excellent communication and people leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily park operations including housekeeping, maintenance, reception and guest services.
• Lead, train and roster park teams and ensure WHS compliance.
• Manage office administration and after-hours call-outs as needed.
• Conduct thorough pre- and post-handover with Park Managers.
