Maddington Centurion Group is seeking a Camp Chef (Utility) for a remote, regional campsite service role. The position is hands‑on, involved in meal preparation, camp support, and guiding junior staff. It suits a CDP or Commis Chef looking for varied duties in a remote setting.

You will handle cooking, food safety, and daily camp operations while ensuring high standards. FIFO/DIDO exposure and adaptability to remote locations are highly valued.

Qualifications

• FIFO or DIDO experience preferred.
• Up to 5 years’ experience in camp, bulk‑catering, or similar environments.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.

About the role:
