Job summary

Regional Group Australia seeks experienced full-time HC & HR Concrete Agitator Drivers to join their team in Gracemere, Queensland.

Responsibilities include delivering pre-mixed concrete, upholding OH&S and environmental standards, and performing daily pre-start checks. The role requires maintaining vehicle cleanliness and contributing to a productive yard, with an immediate start and above-award wages.

Responsibilities

• The timely delivery of pre-mixed concrete products.
• Lead and drive OH&S and environmental compliance when representing the company to and from the delivery point.
• Commitment to RGA safety standards with demonstrated safety leadership behaviours.
• Develop effective working relationships with customers and lead personal drive and results.
• Ensure daily pre-starts are completed for the safe operation of the vehicle.
• Keep the vehicle clean (internal and external).
• Maintain a productive yard environment with high morale contributing to customer satisfaction and business objectives.
• Safe operation of agitator trucks while loading and delivering pre-mixed concrete to client sites.
• Perform basic maintenance tasks as required.
• General yard and plant housekeeping.
• Willing to undertake pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.
• Immediate start and above-award wages.

Regional Group Australia are currently seeking experienced full-time HC & HR Concrete Agitator Drivers to join their already dynamic, successful team based at Gracemere, Queensland.

Responsibilities

• The timely delivery of Pre-mixed Concrete Products
• Lead and drive OH&S and Environmental compliance when representing the company to and from the delivery point
• Commitment to RGA Safety standards with demonstrated safety leadership behaviours
• Develop effective working relationships with our customers and to lead and influence personal drive and results.
• Ensure daily pre-starts are completed for the safe operation of the vehicle
• Ensure the vehicle is keep clean (internal and external)
• Responsible for a productive team environment where high morale contributes to the satisfactions of customers and business objectives.
• Safe operation of Agitator trucks whilst loading and delivering pre-mixed concrete to customer sites
• Basic maintenance tasks as required
• General yard and plant housekeeping
• Perform other functions as may be requested.
• Willing to undertake pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
