Job summary

Regional Group Australia is seeking experienced full-time HC & HR Concrete Agitator Drivers to join our team in Gracemere, Queensland. You will deliver pre-mixed concrete to customer sites and lead safety and environmental compliance at delivery points.

Role involves daily pre-start checks, vehicle maintenance, and maintaining a productive, safety‑minded team environment. Drug and alcohol testing may be required pre-employment.

Qualifications

• HC/HR licence required.
• Experience delivering pre-mixed concrete is preferred.
• Ability to comply with safety and environmental standards.
• Willingness to undertake pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.

Responsibilities

• Deliver pre-mixed concrete products to customer sites on schedule.
• Lead OH&S and environmental compliance at delivery points.
• Uphold safety standards with leadership behaviours.
• Develop relationships with customers to drive results.
• Perform daily pre-start checks for safe vehicle operation.
• Keep the agitator truck clean inside and out.
• Maintain a productive team environment with high morale.
• Operate agitator trucks safely during loading and delivery.
• Carry out basic maintenance tasks as required.
• Assist with general yard and plant housekeeping.
• Willing to undertake pre-employment drug and alcohol testing.

Responsibilities:

• The timely delivery of Pre-mixed Concrete Products
• Lead and drive OH&S and Environmental compliance when representing the company to and from the delivery point
• Commitment to RGA Safety standards with demonstrated safety leadership behaviours
• Develop effective working relationships with our customers and to lead and influence personal drive and results.
• Ensure daily pre-starts are completed for the safe operation of the vehicle
• Ensure the vehicle is keep clean (internal and external)
• Responsible for a productive team environment where high morale contributes to the satisfactions of customers and business objectives.
• Safe operation of Agitator trucks whilst loading and delivering pre-mixed concrete to customer sites
• Basic maintenance tasks as required
• General yard and plant housekeeping
• Perform other functions as may be requested.
• Willing to undertake pre-employment drug and alcohol testing
