George Weston Foods Limited, operating Tip Top Bakeries, is seeking a Reliability Planner for our Charmhaven site in New South Wales. You will own maintenance planning, scheduling, and coordination of preventative and corrective maintenance, shutdowns, and major plant events.

Collaborating with Production, Engineering, Procurement, Quality and Safety teams, you will drive reliability improvements, manage spare parts, and support capital projects.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification (Electrical or Mechanical Fitter)
• Experience in maintenance planning or a similar role
• Strong understanding of preventative and corrective maintenance
• Experience managing contractors, permits and spare parts
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and technical documents
• Strong problem-solving skills and a continuous improvement mindset
• Confident stakeholder and communication skills

Responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Reliability Planner to join our team at our Charmhaven manufacturing site. Reporting to the Reliability Supervisor, you’ll take ownership of planning, scheduling and coordinating preventative and corrective maintenance, shutdowns, equipment overhauls and project work.

This is a highly collaborative and hands-on role where you’ll work closely with Production, Engineering, Procurement, Quality and Safety teams to minimise downtime, improve equipment performance and ensure maintenance activities are safely and effectively executed. You’ll also provide planning and coordination support during major plant breakdowns and critical operational events.

Purpose of the Role

About You
