Job summary

Tip Top Bakeries is seeking a Production Supervisor for Carrara on a Sunday to Wednesday day shift. You will lead bakery operations to deliver safe, efficient production, coach your team, and collaborate with planning, reliability, hygiene and quality teams to maximise uptime.

You’ll have minimum 2 years in a supervisory role within FMCG or food manufacturing, with strong leadership, planning and decision-making abilities. Kronos and SAP experience are highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Min 2 years' experience in a production supervisory or team leader role.
• Previous FMCG or food manufacturing experience.
• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Strong planning, organisation and decision-making capability.
• Sound commercial awareness.
• A collaborative, hands-on leadership style.
• Experience using Kronos and SAP is highly regarded

We're looking for an experienced Production Supervisor to join our Tip Top team in Carrara.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you'll lead bakery operations to deliver safe, efficient production while maintaining product quality, managing resources and minimising waste.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll coach your team, improve performance and work closely with Production Planning, Reliability, Hygiene and Quality to keep production running at its best.

The role works a permanent Sunday to Wednesday day shift, from 7:00am to 5:00pm.

Purpose of the Role

• Lead, coach and develop your production team
• Build a strong safety, quality and performance culture
• Deliver production targets while managing labour, materials and waste
• Maintain food safety, hygiene and GMP standards
• Manage team rosters and resources in line with production demand
• Partner with maintenance and reliability teams to minimise downtime
• Provide regular feedback and address performance issues early
• Ensure accurate production reporting and effective shift handovers
• Drive continuous improvement across products, processes and systems

About You

You're an experienced production leader who enjoys developing people and improving performance in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

You'll bring:

• Min 2 years' experience in a production supervisory or team leader role
• Previous FMCG or food manufacturing experience
• Proven leadership and people management skills
• Strong planning, organisation and decision-making capability
