Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience building and managing a high-performing team of direct reports.
• Experience in stakeholder management across multiple levels of an organization.
• Background in an industrial or production maintenance environment with complex processes.
• A degree in a technical discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support and mentor the maintenance team to keep site operations safe and efficient.
• Collaborate with the network to leverage expertise and build solutions.
• Support safety and compliance programs with Site Safety and Leadership teams.
• Implement standards and preventative maintenance to maximise equipment availability.
• Ensure adequate technical coverage by directing training for the team.
• Manage local projects or Australia-wide initiatives as needed.
