Job summary

Uniting NSW.ACT is seeking an experienced HR System Release Manager to establish and strengthen release management across our HR systems environment. This role coordinates Dayforce releases, enhancements, hotfixes and our technology roadmap, ensuring changes are planned and delivered with minimal business disruption.

Based in Parramatta CBD with hybrid working, you will own the integrated release calendar, manage governance, testing, deployment and post-release activities, and collaborate across

Qualifications

• Experience delivering end-to-end releases across enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with ITIL, Agile, DevOps in structured governance.
• Strong planning, risk and issue management.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain an integrated release calendar covering releases, roadmap, and hotfixes.
• Coordinate end-to-end release planning including scope, sequencing, milestones, approvals.
• Assess readiness, identify risks and manage testing, data, and business impacts.
• Provide release communications and status reporting.
• Coordinate deployment activities, go/no-go decisions, post-release support.
• Maintain governance and audit trails for compliant change delivery.
• Analyse release performance and implement process improvements.
