Job summary

Maxxia is seeking a Client Administrator to support our Sales team, coordinating databases and client information to keep everything accurate and up to date. This varied role blends sales support with stakeholder communication and database coordination.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing and Customer Service to deliver a seamless client experience, arrange inductions and campaigns, and help the team stay organised, informed and responsive.

Responsibilities

  • Support Sales Executives by keeping client information organised and prepared.
  • Maintain accurate client data across portfolios and territories.
  • Keep the database up to date with employer interactions and contact information.
  • Coordinate inductions and orientations, including scheduling sessions and preparing materials.
  • Support client communications and campaigns with Marketing and internal teams.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Relations and Sales to support client engagement.
  • Build positive relationships to ensure clients receive responsive, high-quality information.

We're looking for a Client Administrator to join our team and provide essential support to our Maxxia Sales team. Here’s how you will make a difference in this role… This is a varied role where you'll combine sales support, stakeholder communication, and database coordination.

You’ll work closely with our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service team to help deliver a great experience for our clients and their employees. At MMS clear expectations help our people Be the Difference.

Your responsibilities will include:

You will play an important role in keeping our teams organised, informed and connected with their clients.

  • Supporting client relationships by helping Sales Executives stay organised and prepared.
  • Maintaining accurate client information across portfolios and territories, including employer contacts, workforce/FTE information and other key data.
  • Keeping our database up to date, ensuring employer interactions, communications and contact information are recorded accurately.
  • Coordinating inductions and orientations, including scheduling sessions and preparing the required materials and packs.
  • Supporting client communications and campaigns, working with our Marketing and other internal teams to deliver social posts, digital assets and other communications
  • Working with internal teams across Marketing, Customer Relations and Sales to support client engagement
  • Building positive relationships with our cleints, helping ensure they receive responsive, professional and high-quality information and education when they need it
