Job summary

u&u Recruitment is partnering with an established healthcare services organisation in Sydney to recruit a Relationship Manager who will strengthen its referral network and drive growth across the region.

You will nurture partnerships, coordinate events, engage senior stakeholders, and work with internal teams to deliver outstanding partner experiences while enjoying autonomy in managing your schedule.

Qualifications

• Experience in relationship management, account management, business development or partnerships.
• A background in healthcare, medical devices, pharmaceuticals, hospital liaison or a similar professional services environment would be highly regarded.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
• A proven ability to build rapport, develop trust and maintain long-standing professional relationships.
• Experience coordinating professional events, conferences or stakeholder engagement activities.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple relationships and priorities.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach and the confidence to work autonomously.

Responsibilities
