Job summary

Macquarie Group is seeking a Relationship Manager in Australia to drive balance sheet and revenue growth by delivering superior service and insights to both new and existing clients across Residential Real Estate, Commercial Real Estate, and related sectors.

You will leverage cash flow lending and transactional banking expertise, understand complex business structures, and build long-standing client relationships through strong stakeholder management and communication.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a relationship manager, preferably within business banking.
• Proficiency in cash flow lending and transactional banking.
• Strong analytical skills to understand complex business structures and financial data.
• Proven ability to deliver results and meet targets.

As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for generating balance sheet and revenue growth through delivery of superior service and insights to both new and existing clients. Crucial to this is your ability to take the time to fully understand your client’s business needs and tailor unique and value-driven solutions. You will have a broad reach across the Residential Real Estate, Commercial Real Estate, and Stata Industries.
