Quick Medix is actively recruiting Rehabilitation Support Workers for temporary assignments in Liverpool. The role focuses on assisting individuals with neurological rehabilitation, personal care and daily living activities in an on-site setting.

Ideal candidates have healthcare or rehabilitation experience, DBS clearance or eligibility, and strong communication skills. DBS checks, references, and mandatory safeguarding/moving-and-handling training are required.

Qualifikationen

• Previous experience in healthcare, rehabilitation or support work.
• Right to work in the UK.
• DBS clearance or eligibility to complete checks.
• Satisfactory references covering the required period.
• Mandatory training including safeguarding and moving and handling.
• Good communication skills, patience and a compassionate approach.
• Brain injury or neurological rehabilitation experience desirable.

Aufgaben

• Support individuals with neurological conditions and rehabilitation needs.
• Assist with personal care, mobility and daily living activities.
• Encourage independence and participation in rehabilitation programmes.
• Follow individual care plans and support therapeutic activities.
• Maintain accurate care records.
• Work closely with nurses, therapists and multidisciplinary teams.
