Sharp & Carter is seeking a dedicated Rehabilitation Consultant in Australia to support injured claimants in achieving safe, sustainable return-to-work outcomes. The role focuses on holistic rehabilitation, coordinating services, and applying clinical expertise to assess progress and drive recovery.

You will work within a dynamic team that values quality, customer service and collaboration, with opportunities for professional growth and a tailored induction program.

Competenze

• A tertiary qualification and current registration with a relevant professional body (Physiotherapy, Psychology, Occupational Therapy, or Rehabilitation Counselling).
• Full Australian working rights.
• Valid driver’s licence and access to a vehicle.

Mansioni

• Managing cases and coordinating rehabilitation services.
• Conducting worksite assessments and identifying return-to-work pathways.
• Applying clinical expertise to perform assessments and support client recovery.
• Engaging with insurers, medical practitioners, employers and employees.
