Qualifications

• Tertiary Qualification in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling.
• AHPRA registration or ESSA/ASORC Membership.
• High level reporting skills.
• Positive, professional and friendly manner.
• Driver’s license and car.
• Home office setup.

Responsibilities

• Take a holistic approach and apply skills to assist client recovery.
• Build lasting relationships with stakeholders with a client-centred approach.
• Conduct functional, vocational and worksite assessments as required.
• Develop tailored return-to-work plans.
• Case management and reports liaising with stakeholders.
• Restore client functional performance to the highest level.
• Participate in team meetings and collaboration.
• Professional development to progress to team leader if interested.
