Job summary

Recovery Partners is seeking a motivated and compassionate Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team in Newcastle. You’ll work 1:1 with clients to support their recovery and return to work, delivering a diverse range of services including case management, injury triage, and pre-employment medicals.

With AHPRA or ESSA accreditation, you’ll collaborate with employers and health professionals and benefit from ongoing CPD support, a strong team culture, and modern tech gear to enable flexible,

Qualifications

• AHPRA Registration (OT or Physio) or ESSA Accreditation (EP).
• A valid Australian Driver’s Licence.
• Strong communication and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Rehabilitation Case Management and case coordination.
• Conduct Functional and Worksite Assessments.
• Perform ADL Assessments, Job Task Analyses and Ergonomic Assessments.
• Collaborate with employers and health professionals to achieve outcomes.
