Job summary

APM WorkCare in Ballarat is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to support clients rebuilding confidence and independence after injury or illness. You’ll work with clients to understand goals, conduct assessments, provide counselling, and develop return-to-work plans with employers and healthcare partners.

This role offers full-time or part-time flexibility, with the opportunity to make a tangible impact on daily life and work participation for clients in the region.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiology.
• Full registration with ESSA/AHPRA.
• Pass a national criminal check.
• A current WWCC (Working with children check).
• Full Australian working rights.
• A valid driver’s licence.

What you’ll bring
