Job summary

Advanced Personnel Management (APM) WorkCare is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant in Australia to support clients recovering from injury or illness. You will guide recovery, assist return-to-work planning, and help clients reconnect with what matters most through person-centred care and collaboration with employers and healthcare partners.

You’ll work full- or part-time with flexibility and access to strong clinical frameworks, with opportunities for professional growth in a purpose-driven

Qualifications

• Degree in OT, PT or EP required.
• Full registration with ESSA or AHPRA.
• National criminal background check required.
• Current WWCC (Working with Children Check)
• Full Australian working rights and a valid driver’s licence.

• Meet clients in person or virtually to understand goals and challenges.
• Conduct vocational and psychosocial assessments.
• Provide supportive counselling to build resilience and readiness for work or daily life.
• Create achievable return-to-work plans with clients, employers and healthcare partners.

What you’ll bring

• Hold a degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiology
