APM WorkCare in Sydney is seeking a Rehabilitation Consultant to support clients in rebuilding confidence, independence and hope. This full-time or part-time role includes meeting clients in person or virtually to understand goals and challenges and to develop return-to-work plans with employers and healthcare partners.
You will conduct vocational and psychosocial assessments, provide supportive counselling to build resilience, and celebrate progress as clients regain independence and confidence
