Job summary

APM WorkCare in Sydney seeks a Rehabilitation Consultant to support clients recovering from injury or illness, helping them navigate recovery, return to work, and regain independence. You'll meet clients in person or virtually, conduct vocational and psychosocial assessments, and create return-to-work plans with employers and healthcare partners.

This role offers flexibility, mentorship from clinicians, and access to modern tools and training to support meaningful impact.

Qualifications

• Degree in OT, PT, or Exercise Physiology with full registration (ESSA/AHPRA).
• Pass a national criminal check prior to employment.
• WWCC (Working with Children Check) required.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Valid driver’s licence.

Every day, people recovering from injury or illness need support and guidance to take important steps forward. As a Rehabilitation Consultant with APM WorkCare, you’ll walk alongside clients as they navigate recovery, return to work, and help them to reconnect with what matters most.

What you’ll bring

• Hold a degree in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, or Exercise Physiology
