Job summary

Enemix in Sydney seeks a Head of Regulatory, Policy & Strategy to shape the company’s regulatory posture across Australia. This hands-on role defines the strategy, operating model, and future team growth for a standalone capability at the intersection of renewables, large-scale power infrastructure and data centres.

You will work closely with the General Counsel, Co-Company Secretary, Chief Development Officer, COO and CEO, acting as the organisation’s primary voice on regulatory risk, policy

Qualifications

• Significant experience in regulatory affairs, public policy, or government relations.
• Strong knowledge of energy markets and data infrastructure policy.
• Proven track record building relationships with regulators and senior bodies.

Responsibilities

• Define regulatory strategy and operating model for the function.
• Lead submissions, consultations, and policy advocacy.
• Shape internal positions with legal, technical, and commercial teams.
• Align regulatory strategy with governance and project development.
• Build governance, horizon-scanning, and capacity for team growth.
