Job summary

WorkSafe Victoria is seeking a highly organized strategic leader to oversee complex legislative and regulatory reform programs across occupational health and safety, dangerous goods and workers’ compensation frameworks in Victoria. You will drive integrated program plans, governance, stakeholder engagement and industry partnerships, while guiding budget, procurement and cross-functional delivery.

Qualifications

• Strong stakeholder engagement experience.
• Proven ability coordinating complex, multi-stream programs.
• Excellent analytical and governance capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate complex legislative and regulatory reform programs.
• Oversee governance forums, reporting and risk management for the division.
• Manage business planning, budgeting and procurement for the division.
• Coach and mentor junior staff and coordinate external consultants.
