WorkSafe Victoria in Geelong is seeking a Program Director, Governance & Commercials to lead governance, commercial and financial oversight for a major technology modernization program. The role is based in Wadawurrung/Geelong with hybrid work (3 days in office per week) and a fixed-term arrangement.

You will drive governance forums, financial stewardship, and integrated program planning across a complex delivery model to enable successful outcomes for injured workers and the Victorian community.

Qualifikationen

• Designing and operating program governance structures across business and technology delivery.
• Leadership for major programs in regulated environments with high risk.
• Strategic, authoritative advice in complex operating environments.
• Executive-level experience with negotiation and influencing skills.
• Managing complex contracts and multi-phase vendor relationships.
• Strong writing skills for briefing documents and reports.

Aufgaben

• Establish and mature the program's governance framework with multiple forums.
• Design governance structures, control frameworks, and reporting rhythms.
• Deliver executive and Board reporting with concise updates.
• Lead financial governance including budgeting and forecasting.
• Provide end-to-end commercial oversight, procurement, and contracts.
• Oversee compliance and assurance across the program.
• Provide strategic leadership across Governance, Procurement, Risk and Finance.
• Build effective relationships with Executives, committees, and vendors.
