Job summary

Selleys Group, part of the DuluxGroup, is creating a new Regulatory & Compliance Officer role to provide regulatory, compliance, product stewardship and governance across our diverse portfolio. You will partner with R&D, Safety & Sustainability, Marketing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality and Legal to ensure products and labelling meet requirements.

You will monitor changes in Australia and New Zealand, maintain SDS and documentation, review labels, and drive process improvements.

Qualifications

• Degree in chemistry, chemical science, toxicology, environmental science, regulatory science or related discipline.
• Experience in chemical-product regulation, product stewardship, SDS management, product safety or quality assurance.
• Working knowledge of Australian and New Zealand SDS, classification and labelling requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide regulatory, compliance, product stewardship and governance across a diverse portfolio of products and businesses.
• Collaborate with R&D, Safety & Sustainability, Marketing, Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, Legal and external suppliers.
• Monitor regulatory changes across Australia and New Zealand and assess product impacts.
• Maintain SDS, classifications and compliance documentation.
• Review product labels, artwork, packaging and claims for compliance.
• Provide practical regulatory advice and partner with stakeholders to strengthen product stewardship and compliance.
• Improve regulatory processes, templates, document controls and governance, and support audit readiness.
