Job summary

HUB24 in Sydney is seeking an experienced Regulatory Implementation Manager to join our Platform Product governance team. You’ll lead regulatory and legislative change initiatives, translate requirements for delivery teams, and ensure traceability from policy to practical outcomes.

In a fast-paced financial services environment, you’ll collaborate with Legal, Risk & Compliance, Data and Technology, facilitate workshops, and embed robust controls across HUB24’s products and platforms to support

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in business, finance, technology or related field.
• 5+ years in business analysis, regulatory implementation or regulatory change in financial services.
• Strong requirements gathering, impact assessment, and process mapping.
• Experience translating regulatory requirements into practical implementation tasks.
• Understanding of financial services, wealth management or platform experience is valued.
• Experience coordinating across Product, Risk & Compliance, Operations, Data and Technology.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Support assessment and implementation of regulatory changes affecting HUB24 products and processes.
• Translate regulatory requirements into clear business and implementation tasks.
• Coordinate impact assessments across products and functions, identifying dependencies and risks.
• Establish actions, responsibilities and timelines with business owners and delivery teams.
• Maintain traceability from requirements to outcomes and evidence of completion.
• Provide updates on progress, risks and dependencies to governance forums and senior stakeholders.
• Facilitate workshops and develop artefacts, documentation and process maps.
• Coordinate regulatory reporting implementation across Data, Operations, Finance and Technology.
