Job summary

Frizelle Sunshine Automotive in Southport is seeking a Warranty Administrator to act as the essential link between the service team and manufacturer warranty processes. You will ensure claims are submitted correctly and efficiently, supporting technicians and keeping the service department running smoothly.

Key duties include processing claims, reviewing documentation, liaising with advisors and technicians, reconciling credits, and staying current with warranty policies.

Qualifications

• Experience in warranty administration or service administration within the automotive industry
• Familiarity with dealer management systems (DMS)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Methodical approach to processing paperwork and meeting submission deadlines
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a busy service team
