MM Hyndes Bailey & Co is seeking a Registered or Graduate Surveyor to join our Newcastle–Hunter Valley team, servicing a wide range of projects including town planning, survey, civil design and project management. The role supports Greenfield and infill development sites and strata/community title work.

Prefer candidates actively undertaking registration, with Trimble equipment experience and strong AutoCad drafting skills, and excellent verbal and written communication.

Formación

• Must be a Registered Surveyor or Candidate Surveyor.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment on a wide variety of projects.
• Experienced with client communications.
• Experience with Trimble equipment (Conventional & GPS) would be an advantage.
• Competent with AutoCad drafting.
• Good oral and written communication skills.
• This is a fulltime role for immediate start.

Responsabilidades

Registered Surveyor or Candidate Surveyor

One of our long-term Registered Surveyors has retired and we have an opportunity for a Registered or Graduate Surveyor who is actively undertaking the registration process to join our team to service a wide variety of projects:

We specialise in providing Full Service Multi-Disciplinary Project delivery

(Town Planning / Survey / Civil Works Design / Project Management)

Greenfield Residential and Infill Development Sites

Strata / Community Title

We are a family-owned and oriented company looking for a competent motivated surveyor to join our Newcastle - Hunter Valley business with offices in Newcastle and Scone;

Must be a Registered Surveyor or Candidate Surveyor

Ability to work independently and in a team environment on a wide variety of projects

Experienced with client communications

Experience in Civil Design and Project management would be an advantage

Experience with Trimble equipment (Conventional & GPS) would be an advantage

Competent with AutoCad drafting

Good oral and written communication skills

This is a fulltime role for immediate start.
