Job summary

Mind Potential Psychology on the Sunshine Coast is seeking a Registered or Clinical Psychologist to join our growing private practice. We offer flexibility to shape the role for the right person, including 2–5 days per week and options for employee or contractor arrangements, with clinics in Birtinya and Sippy Downs.

We welcome psychologists who enjoy working with children, adolescents and/or adults, and who have experience or confidence dealing with trauma presentations.

Qualifications

• General registration as a psychologist with AHPRA.
• Eligibility for Medicare provider number.
• Experience in private practice is welcome but not required.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychological services to children, adolescents and/or adults.
• Manage a varied private-practice caseload.
• Collaborate with an admin and reception team to support clients.

Mind Potential Psychology (MPP) is a well-established and growing private psychology practice on the Sunshine Coast, with beautiful clinics in Birtinya and Sippy Downs.

About the Role

We’re looking for a Registered Psychologist or Clinical Psychologist to join our growing team.

There is plenty of flexibility to shape the role around the right person, including:

• 2–5 days per week
• Employee or contractor arrangements
• Work from our Birtinya and/or Sippy Downs clinic
• Flexibility around days and hours
• A varied private-practice caseload
• Opportunity to work with the client groups and presentations that best align with your skills and interests

We particularly welcome psychologists who enjoy working with children, adolescents and/or adults, and experience or confidence working therapeutically with trauma presentations would be highly valued.

If you enjoy working across the lifespan, even better – but we’re also very happy to hear from psychologists who have particular areas of interest or preferred client groups.
