Job summary

JCM Psychology, based in Noosa on the Sunshine Coast, is seeking a registered psychologist (clinical or general) for 2–3 days per week. The role offers a flexible schedule, a steady flow of referrals, and team support in a warm, renovated clinic environment.

Trauma-focused and child/adolescent experience are highly desirable, with full AHPRA registration required. We provide administration support, peer supervision, and opportunities to specialise in areas of clinical interest, with a mix of

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a caseload aligned with your clinical interests within our referral stream.
• Set your own days and hours; participate in peer supervision and team events.
• Provide high-quality, evidence-based therapies across age groups (children, teens, adults).
• Contribute to a supportive, flexible clinic culture with admin and practice management support.

Job description

JCM Psychology is a boutique clinical psychology practice based in Noosa on the Sunshine Coast. As a practice we are centred on the delivery of compassionate, trauma-informed and client-centred therapy, with a particular focus on Schema Therapy, CBT and EMDR.

We are currently looking to expand our team with a registered psychologist (clinical or general) seeking 2-3 days per week.Current availability in clinic on Tuesday, Friday (afternoon shift 2-7PM) and Saturday. We are ideally seeking an applicant with 2+ years of private practice experience.

ABOUT THE ROLE

The role will provide you with the opportunity to build a caseload based on your clinical interests within our reliable stream of referrals. You will have flexibility to choose your own days & hours, participate in peer supervision, and attend team building events (bi-annual team lunches). Our office is renovated, light-filled and designed to create a safe and nurturing work environment; with comfortable and modern furniture for the comfort of both clients and our psychology team.

ABOUT YOU

Full registration with AHPRA
