About the Role

If you are a fully registered Psychologist, we have a unique opportunity to provide you with an employed position, offering job and income stability, freeing you up from administrative burden to do what you do best. The position begins part-time, with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role, if desired. We take burnout prevention seriously, ensuring a full-time equivalent of no more than 25 client hours per week, caseload monitoring to ensure a balance of presentations, regular time-off and no appointments booked outside your scheduled hours.

Balanced Living Clinical Psychology is a well-established boutique practice with experience servicing a range of client presentations, particularly with a trauma focus. With over a decade of private practice experience, including 4 years in the current location, we have goodwill in the community and a strong referrer base with a reputation for providing a warm and effective service. We are looking to grow in order to provide this quality of care to more clients and keep up with the steady stream of referrals.

Location

Our spacious, light-filled, beautiful rooms are located in the sun-and-surf loving suburb of Peregian Beach. We are conveniently located in the Peregian Breeze estate, just off the Sunshine Motorway, with dedicated parking. Centrally located between Maroochydore and Noosa, Cooroy and Coolum, there is no shortage of beaches, parks, markets and cafes to explore. With a great café next door and a park/playground a few steps away, clinicians and clients alike enjoy this perfect clinic location. We are within 4km of 4 quality schools and 7 early learning centres.
