Job summary

PeopleSense by Altius, a trusted psychology provider, invites skilled psychologists to join their team across Australia. You will deliver evidence-based therapy including EAP services to adults, children, adolescents and couples, with opportunities for diverse caseloads.

The role emphasizes on-site attendances, critical incident responses, private/Medicare rebated care, and collaborative multi-disciplinary work, backed by supervision and ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Psychologist registration with AHPRA in Australia.
• Passionate about delivering high-quality therapeutic services.
• Strong interest in working with youth aged 12 and under.
• Experience in workers' compensation, injury management or rehabilitation preferred.
• Full Australian working rights and ability to obtain a national police check.
• Valid driver’s licence and comprehensively insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Provide EAP counselling to adults, children, adolescents and couples.
• Onsite attendances and critical incident responses at workplaces.
• Deliver private / Medicare rebated counselling.
• Engage in multidisciplinary interventions to support client outcomes.
• Contribute to bespoke projects and a diverse caseload.
• Collaborate with a team of psychologists and receive supervision.
