PeopleSense by Altius in Australia is seeking a psychologist to deliver a range of clinical and organisational psychology services, supporting adults, couples, and work teams.

You will provide onsite attendances and critical incident responses, Medicare rebated counselling, assessments, and multidisciplinary interventions, with opportunities for ongoing professional development and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

  • Registered with AHPRA (full registration preferred) in psychology.

  • Valid driver''s licence and comprehensively insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver clinical and organisational psychology services across diverse client groups.
  • Provide onsite attendances and critical incident support at workplaces.
  • Offer private/Medicare-rebated counselling and assess clients.
  • Contribute to multidisciplinary interventions and client outcomes.
  • Perform psychological assessments and contribute to bespoke projects.
  • Engage with clients across short- and long-term caseloads.

Your new role

As a Psychologist at PeopleSense by Altius you will deliver a range of clinical and organisational psychology focused services, including:

  • Diverse range of services and clients, including Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Counselling, to adults, children, adolescents and couples
  • Onsite Attendances and Critical Incident Responses - support people at their workplace in their time of need
  • Private / Medicare rebated counselling
  • Compensation Scheme Work - support people with pain related issues, injury adjustment and trauma from an acquired injury
  • Multidisciplinary Interventions - work in a multidisciplinary team to support client outcomes
  • Psychological Assessment
  • Bespoke and targeted projects to address specific challenges of our customers and clients
  • Engage with clients in both short-term and long-term capacities, allowing you to enjoy a diverse caseload or focus more specifically on particular areas of interest
Requirements
About you
  • Psychologist with AHPRA (Australia Health Practitioner Regulation Agency) registration - full registration is desired - General or Clinical.
  • Passionate about helping others and providing high quality therapeutic services
  • Full Australian working rights
  • Ability to obtain a national police check
  • A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle
