Job summary

PeopleSense by Altius is seeking a Psychologist to deliver clinical and organisational psychology services to adults, children, adolescents and workplace clients across Australia. You will work on EAP counselling, psychological assessment and multidisciplinary interventions within a supportive team.

You must hold full AHPRA registration, have a strong passion for helping others, and be comfortable working with young people 12 years and under.

Qualifications

• Registered psychologist with AHPRA accreditation.
• Experience with Employee Assistance Program (EAP) counselling.
• Experience working with young people, especially under 12 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of clinical and organisational psychology services.
• Provide onsite attendances and critical incident responses.
• Conduct psychological assessments.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support client outcomes.
• Engage with clients across short-term and long-term caseloads.
