Job summary

PeopleSense by Altius in Australia is seeking a Psychologist to deliver clinical and organisational psychology services across diverse client groups, including EAP and workplace support. You will conduct assessments, contribute to multidisciplinary interventions, and work with private/Medicare-rebated counselling alongside projects tailored to client needs.

Qualifications

• Psychologist with AHPRA registration (full registration preferred, General or Clinical).
• Passionate about helping others and providing high-quality therapeutic services.
• Full Australian working rights.
• Ability to obtain a national police check.
• A current driver's licence and a comprehensively insured vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Deliver clinical and organisational psychology services to a diverse client base.
• Provide EAP counselling to adults, children, adolescents and couples.
• Conduct psychological assessments and contribute to multidisciplinary interventions.
• Work onsite with private/Medicare-rebated counselling.
• Engage in bespoke projects and long-term client care.
