Job summary

Mai Medical Centers is seeking passionate Practice Nurses to join our modern accredited practices in Sydney. We have two full-time positions across Chullora Marketplace Medical Centre, Burwood Westfield Medical Centre and World Square Medical Centre, with hours typically Monday to Friday 8am–6pm and occasional weekend coverage.

We offer training and a friendly team of GPs, nurses and admins. You will support nurses, manage the treatment room with 4–6 doctors, and may cover holidays as needed;

Qualifications

• Current RN registration with AHPRA.
• 1–2 years nursing experience preferred.
• Eligible to work in Australia (no sponsorship).
• Experience using Best Practice software.
• Strong communication and time management skills.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, friendly personality.
• Able to manage the treatment room with 4–6 doctors.
• Flexibility to cover holidays or absences.

Modern Accredited Medical Centre

All medical center's have fully equipped consultation rooms.

Full time Admin & IT support.

Friendly team of GP's, Nurses and Admin staff

About the role

We already have Full-time nurses and we are looking for additional staff to support our nurses.

We currently have to 2 positions:

Chullora Medical Centre for 5 days a week.

Between Burwood Westfield Medical Centre and World Square Medical Centre for 3-4 days.

Our Practices opening hours are:

Monday to Friday: 8am to 6pm

Saturday: 9am to 1pm

Nurses usually work Monday to Friday only between 9am-6pm.

Flexibility to work additional hours and help cover staff absences or holidays is highly regarded.

Able to manage the treatment roomwith 4 to 6 doctors working at the same time.

Training will be provided.

Skills & experience

Current RN registration with AHPRA

Must have prior experience, preferably 1-2 years in the role.

Eligibility to work in Australia (no sponsorship available)

Flexibility and commitment to assist with occasional holiday/leave cover

Energetic, enthusiastic, friendly personality

Previous experience working in general practice will be needed or experience with patient's care plans.

Strong communication and time management skills

Preferable, experience using Best Practice software
